A business whose page is already on Naya gets special terms, shown by the page when you connect: the first month with no payment and no card, then a fixed price with no end date for as long as the subscription isn’t interrupted. They apply only when you connect from the business page, not through regular sign-up.
How do I remove the page?
At the bottom of the page — “Remove this page”. Sign in with your number (the code comes to WhatsApp), and the page disappears from the catalog right away. One number removes one page this way. You can also skip signing in: write to us and we’ll take it down manually, without asking for proof.
Do I have to pay to have the page removed?
No. You can remove the page any time without connecting or paying for anything.
Will the page come back?
No, not unless you connect yourself. A removed page’s information is kept unpublished — so it doesn’t reappear from the same source; to have it deleted completely, write to us.
