A business — 9,999 ₸ per month for the first 6 months, then 16,999 ₸. The “Specialist” plan is for self-employed people in any field: 1,490 ₸ for the first 3 months, then 2,990 ₸. The price covers the whole business: however many specialists you have, the bill stays the same.
Can I start without paying?
No, the first month is paid when you sign up. You can cancel your subscription any time in your dashboard — the next month won’t be charged.
Do clients need to download anything?
No. Booking works through a regular link in the browser: the number is confirmed with a WhatsApp code, no password to come up with.
How will clients find me?
Through your link: in your Instagram bio, in chats, on your map listing. And in the naya.kz catalog, where people search by service, district and free time.
Where is client data stored?
On servers in Kazakhstan. Client phone numbers are stored encrypted, and staff with limited access can’t see client contacts.
